In case you are unable to get an inexpensive and natural treatment to whiten your teeth, this article is for you.
The teeth, those hard organs embedded in our gums, help us to survive, secretly, on a daily basis. Thanks to its strength and resistance, we can carry out many activities related to orality: speaking, gesturing, chewing, protecting the inside of the mouth, among others.
For the same reason that teeth are resistant, we sometimes forget that they require certain care and attention. Like, for example, washing after every meal, flossing, using tooth enamel protection, keeping them white and shiny …
We share some homemade recipes to whiten your teeth naturally:
1. Use Activated Charcoal, Powdered Or Capsules.
Charcoal is an absorbent substance that eliminates toxins attached to the gastrointestinal system, especially when taken within 30 minutes after consumption of food. However, activated charcoal should not be ingested regularly, as it can cause constipation and block the absorption of essential minerals for the body.
Charcoal can be helpful in changing the pH and health of the mouth, as it prevents cavities and kills harmful bacteria that can damage teeth; as well as for teeth whitening treatment.
In what way? Rub a clean, damp toothbrush against the charcoal, then apply it directly to your teeth. With small, soft circles, brush your teeth for two minutes; spit, rinse and voila. Use this treatment as many times as necessary.
(Make sure this type of charcoal comes from wood or coconut sources, not petroleum-based)
2. Lemon Juice With Baking Soda:
Mix some baking soda with a few drops of lemon. And with the same procedure as the previous treatment, whiten and remove stains from the teeth.
3. Banana Peel:
Thanks to the chemical compound in banana peel, it can help you whiten your teeth. After brushing your teeth, rub the peel over your teeth for two minutes, repeating the procedure daily.
